Ramp Town!
They’re such pretty veggies!

Trying to get that perfect shot
Ramp Town!
Fresh, butter, pesto, mustard and fresh to be frozen…oh and an apple pie because the apples were about to go bad and pie is delicious!
Apple Pie
The top crust decoration really came out nicely this time.
Ramp Town!
That’s a lot of ramp product! We’re getting so much better at utilizing our harvest. LOVE IT!!

Quickie Lunch Bowl
Might not look like much but this was so amazing! Eggs from the girls, leftover collards from BonFire BBQ and some goat cheese that was about to expire. YUM!
Poussin
These were gifted to our friend, Stephen, from our boss, Matt. Stephen then passed them onto us. First time cooking poussin, or young chicken. (Specifically less than 28 days old and weighing between 400-450 grams.)
Poussin
I roasted the poussin in our Lodge Dutch oven with a wild rice and ramp stuffing. Sam took care of the sides, steamed broccoli and sauteed fiddlehead ferns.
Poussin
The fiddlehead ferns were wild harvested when we went ramp hunting. Our first time trying them as well. I liked them though they are quite fuzzy.
Sales!
I actually got an order! Snapped this picture because I really liked how the tagging came out. Besides the wording, I offset the price so it can be cut off easily in case it’s a gift.
